Effective Wednesday, June 21, North Florida Women’s Care upgraded to a new electronic medical record system and patient portal – powered by athenahealth. You can register for the portal using the Patient Portal link below or during your next visit.

Once registered, you will be able to:

• Input your personal information and health history.
• Check in online prior to your appointment for a more streamlined check-in process. (Note: You will still need to notify a front desk member upon arrival.)
• Complete and submit your medical history forms online to save time at check-in.
• Access secure messaging with your provider.
• View your prescription history and request refills.
• View upcoming appointments.
• Coming soon: Schedule appointments online.
• Pay bills electronically.
• All from the web or the smartphone app (Apple | Android)!
