Nurse Practitioner Victoria Valdez joined North Florida Women’s Care in September of 2023. She is a board-certified Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner and Vanderbilt University School of Nursing graduate. She specializes in women’s health with an emphasis on aging with quality; bone and muscle loss prevention; and treatment for sexual dysfunction, severe sleep disorder, fatigue, brain fog and energy loss. Victoria is also an expert in all contraception methods – including intrauterine devices (IUDs) and Nexplanon insertions – and all other routine gynecology care for women of all ages.
Victoria attended the University of Central Florida for her undergraduate degree in psychology before working in a women’s inpatient psychiatric facility, where she discovered her passion for women’s health.
A Tallahassee native, Victoria is excited to be back in her hometown – now with her husband and daughter – caring for women in the community she loves. Her goal is to empower her patients to make their health and wellbeing a priority by providing compassionate, evidence-based care focusing on patient education and shared decision making.
